This is the second part of the project begun in 2014. In the first series the women disappear fusing with a new background, different from the original, emphasizing both a sense of absence and a new presence within the space. In contrast, in this second series the cut-outs of those same women reappear in contemporary surroundings, filling up places I have been photographing both in New York and in Europe as if they were travel companions throughout my wanderings.
